There are 10 pairs of Wheelchair Disabled & Personal Assistant tickets available.

Disabled supporters pay their own age band and will receive a Personal Assistant free of charge if they are in receipt of Middle-High Rate DLA or Standard/Enhanced rate of PIP.

Ambulant tickets can be taken from the main allocation.

Rows BB & CC have been recommended for those supporters with mobility problems, however, there are 8-10 steps to negotiate in order to access these seats. Please specify your seating requirements at the time of purchase.

  • The coach park is within 30 yards of the away turnstiles.
  • Accessible car parking is available on the day of the game, priced at £7.00 per car and spaces are allocated on a first come first served basis. Please note that you will be not be able to book your car parking space in advance.
  • There are 10 wheelchair spaces located on a raised platform within the away area.
  • Accessible toilets are located within the away area.
  • Assistance dogs are admitted to the ground. The club should be notified in advance of the game by contacting the club’s Disability Liaison Officer (“DLO”), so adequate provision can be made. It may be necessary for the club to decide the most appropriate location in the ground for the supporter to sit.
  • Hearing loop available.
  • Matchday commentaries are available via headsets, please contact the nearest steward on the day to request one.
  • No rest areas are available in the concourse.
  • The club shop does have a low level serving counter.
  • Catering kiosks in the away area do not have low level serving counters.

    • Booking Fees

    A £1 per ticket booking fee will be payable for all tickets purchased online or over the phone.

    A £1 per transaction postage fee will be payable if tickets are requested to be posted.

    Allocation

    An initial allocation of 2,085 tickets has been made available for Rams fans.

    Club Travel

    Roadrider departs Pride Park Stadium at 11am.

    Away Members: Adults £20 & Under 16s £17
    Non-Members: Adults £22 & Under 16s £19

    * All children aged Under 16 must be accompanied by someone aged 18 or above.

    Collections

    All collections will be available from the Derby County Ticket Office presented by Showcase Cinema De Lux. The club does not offer collections from the away stadiums.
