Eight Derby County players are set for action during the international break, representing three nations at senior level and three age groups.

Republic of Ireland - Richard Keogh


Keogh has played every minute of every game for Derby so far this season, and he’s also played a maximum of 270 minutes for his country in their last three games, all whilst wearing the captain’s armband.

Wales - Tom Lawrence and Harry Wilson


Lawrence and Wilson have been in fine form so far this season, with 10 goals between them for club and country.

Both have scored in UEFA Nations League victories against the Republic of Ireland - Lawrence in the 4-1 home win in September, whilst Wilson struck the winner in a 1-0 success in Dublin last month.

England Under-18s - Morgan Whittaker

Whittaker has been rewarded for a strong start to the season for both Derby’s Under-23s and Under-18s with a first call-up at this level for England. He’s previously featured for the Three Lions at Under-16 and Under-17 level.

Republic of Ireland Under-17s - Festy Ebosele and Harry Halwax

Ebosele and Halwax have both been in action for the Republic of Ireland over the past few days, and although both games ended in defeat, the pair have gained some valuable international minutes.

Ebosele won and converted a penalty during a 3-1 defeat to England, before coming on as a second half substitute in the 3-2 loss to the Czech Republic - a game that ‘keeper Halwax started.
