Play-Off Semi-Final First Leg Tickets In First Sales Period

Ticket details for Derby County’s Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Semi-Final First Leg at home to Leeds United have been confirmed.

The Rams will face Leeds United at Pride Park Stadium on Saturday 11th May 2019, kick-off 5:15pm, before heading to Elland Road on Wednesday 15th May, kick-off: 7.45pm kick off, in the Semi-Final Second Leg.

The pricing structure for the Semi-Final First Leg has been confirmed as follows across all areas of Pride Park Stadium.

It is as follows:

Season Ticket Holders *:

Adults: £20
65+ & 18-22 Year Olds: £15
Under-18s: £10
2-12 Year Olds: £5

Non-Season Ticket Holders/Matchday Prices:

Adults: £25
65+ & 18-22 Year Olds: £20
Under-18s: £15
2-12 Year Olds: £10

* The Season Ticket Holder discount will NOT be available on the day of the game.

Please Note: The club has removed booking fees for supporters buying online and choosing to have their tickets sent to them via the Print@Home or Mobile Ticket service. Due to the anticipated high demand the Rams are encouraging supporters to purchase their tickets via these methods in order to minimise any inconvenience with queueing.

The sale dates for the Play-Off Semi-Final First Leg have also been confirmed and 2018/19 Season Ticket Holders will have their regular match seat reserved for a short period of time.

The sales dates are:

PERIOD ONE – Season Ticket Holders & Home Members

2018/19 Season Ticket Holders, new 2019/20 Season Ticket Holders and 2018/19 Home Members will be able to buy tickets from 3pm on Sunday 5th May. Counter sales will close at 5pm on this day, but the online service remains in operation 24 hours a day.

Please Note: 2018/19 Season Ticket Holders should note that they will have their seat reserved up until 5pm on Tuesday 7th May, after which time they will be released. 2018/19 Season Ticket Holders can only purchase their reserved Season Ticket seat and will not be permitted to move seats for the Semi-Final First Leg during this period of sales.

PERIOD TWO – General Sale

General Sale (online only) starts at 6pm on Tuesday 7th May.

General Sale (counter & phone sales) will begin at 10am Wednesday 8th May.

Please Note: The last postage for these tickets will be at 11am on Thursday 9th May.

2018/19 Season Ticket Holders

Season Ticket Holders can purchase their own Season Ticket seat online at dcfc.co.uk, under the Tickets/Home Tickets tab and by selecting. “Buy your 2018/19 Play-Off Seat Now (Home Leg)”. Please check that any friends and family tickets are correctly assigned to them. If more than one ticket is assigned to the same person, you will not be able to proceed due to the limitation of one ticket per qualifying Fan ID.

2018/19 Home Members & 2019/20 New Season Ticket Holders

2018/19 Home Members & 2019/20 New Season Ticket Holders can purchase a seat online at dcfc.co.uk under the Tickets/Home Tickets tab and by selecting “Buy your 2018/19 Play-Off Seat Now (Home Leg)”. Supporters will be able to purchase vacant seats during the Period One sale.

Disabled Supporters

Disabled supporters can purchase their own Season Ticket seat online at dcfc.co.uk under the Tickets/Home Tickets tab and by selecting “Buy your 2018/19 Play-Off Seat Now (Home Leg)”. To claim the Personal Assistant’s ticket, supporters will need to email [email protected] with their name, address and Fan ID number. These Personal Assistant tickets will be processed and posted (or emailed for Print@Home/Mobile Ticket) separately free of charge, but please note this online service will only be available during Period One of sales.

Alternatively, Disabled Supporters can purchase their Season Ticket seat and their Personal Assistant Season Ticket seat over the counter or by calling 01332 667528.

Booking Fees

There is a £1 per ticket booking fee for every ticket purchased online or over the telephone. There will be no Booking Fee if supporters buy online and choose to have their tickets delivered via Print@Home or Mobile Ticket.

Postage

There is a £1 per transaction charge for postage.

Print@Home & Mobile Tickets

Print@Home & Mobile Tickets should be received via email within an hour of completing your transaction. If you do not appear to have received the email, please check all email folders including Junk/Spam folders. If the email still cannot be located, please email [email protected] immediately with full transaction details, being sure to include your full name, Fan ID number, Postcode and Date of Birth. Please note that these tickets should be printed full page onto white A4 paper.

No Duplicates

There will be no duplicate tickets available for the Semi-Final First Leg. All supporters requesting tickets to be collected are advised to collect prior to the day of the match or avoid the need to queue by using the Print@Home or Mobile Ticket services.

Car Parking

Seasonal pass holders for Car Parks A and B will be able to pay on the day at a rate of £5, by cash only, per car. Please arrive with your usual seasonal pass as verification that you are entitled to use and pay for the car park. Car park tickets are not available to purchase in advance.
