Derby County Under-19s will host Borussia Dortmund in the UEFA Youth League Play-Offs.


It will be a one-legged tie with the winners progressing through to the Round of 16.

Derby have been drawn at home and the game will take place week commencing Monday 10th February 2020.

The Young Rams booked their place in this stage of the competition following convincing wins over Belarusian side FC Minsk and Icelandic side IA Akranes.

A 9-2 aggregate victory over Minsk in October was followed up with a 6-2 aggregate win over IA Akranes in November.

Dortmund finished second in Group F behind Inter Milan and qualified for this stage through the UEFA Champions League pathway.

They picked up 12 points from their six games and finished ahead of Slavia Prague and Barcelona.

Morgan Whittaker currently tops the UEFA Youth League scoring charts with five goals, alongside Tottenham Hotspur’s Troy Parrott.
