Derby County Customer Notice: Ticket Office And DCFC Megastore

Derby County Football Club is continuing to take the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) extremely seriously with the safety and wellbeing of our staff, supporters and customers continuing to be our number one priority.

The Derby County Ticket Office, presented by SeatGeek, is continuing to trade via phone (0871 472 1884 with calls charged at 13p per minute plus your phone company’s access charge) and, preferably, online at dcfc.co.uk with no booking fees for online ticket purchases.

As such, in-person purchases over the counter at the Ticket Office at Pride Park Stadium will not be available until further notice from 4pm on Friday 20th March.

And the DCFC Megastore will continue to trade online at dcfcmegastore.co.uk only. In-store and telephone purchases will not be available until further notice from 4pm on Friday 20th March.
