A year ago today, Derby County reached the Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Final. Derby trailed 1-0 to Leeds United from the Semi-Final First Leg at Pride Park Stadium, but Frank Lampard’s side turned on the style to record a 4-2 win at Elland Road and progress to the Final with a 4-3 aggregate victory.
