Derby County Refund + Exchange Policy Update

Following the EFL’s announcement on Sunday evening that the 2019/20 Sky Bet Championship season will be resumed behind closed doors, with a provisional restart date of the weekend of 20th June 2020, Derby County is finalising its refund and exchange policy for supporters.

The date is subject to the strict proviso that all safety requirements and Government guidance is met and that clubs receive clearance from their local authorities to stage matches at their home grounds.

The club is currently working towards having its refund and exchange policy signed off, with some details still to be confirmed from external organisations, for Season Ticket Holders, Match Ticket Holders and Membership Holders.
