Following a three-month suspension due to the coronavirus pandemic, Derby County’s 2019/20 Sky Bet Championship season will resume this weekend, starting with a trip to Millwall on Saturday 20th June (1pm kick-off).
Season Ticket Holders are reminded that they must complete their Refund and Exchange Form by 5pm on Wednesday 17th June if opting for FREE RamsTV Subscription for Home and Away Behind Closed Doors Matches.
This deadline is to ensure the club has sufficient time to assign the individual access codes enabling Season Ticket Holders to watch Saturday’s first live stream against former Derby boss Gary Rowett’s Millwall side, who sit in eighth position and only three points ahead of the Rams in the table.
Although the club is offering a number of options for supporters unable to use their season or match ticket, membership and/or parking permit for the nine remaining matches of the current season (see below), the most popular option for Season Ticket Holders is proving to be Option 3, with more than 40% of responders ensuring they’ll be able to ‘Watch From Home’ on RamsTV, beginning with a 30-minute build-up before kick-off.

A. Free RamsTV Subscription for Home and Away Behind Closed Doors Matches is only available to those selecting Option 3 in the Season Ticket Holder sections of the Refund and Exchange Form.
Q. Is there a deadline for completing the Refund and Exchange Form?
A. Currently the only deadline is for those selecting Option 3 in the Season Ticket Holder sections of the Refund and Exchange Form. Supporters should complete the form by 5pm on Wednesday 17th June to ensure that their access code for Free Rams TV Subscription for Home and Away Behind Closed Doors Matches is assigned before the first match on Saturday 20th June.
However, the Discount for 2020/21 Season Ticket Renewal accompanying Option 3 can be redeemed if or when convenient for the Season Ticket Holder.
Supporters are also reminded that the Season Ticket renewal deadline has once again been extended, from 30th June to 31st July.
Q. What is the price for each Behind Closed Doors Match stream on RamsTV; and how do I purchase?
A. As determined by the EFL, the price is £10 for UK and £5 for International residents; and is available to purchase from Wednesday 10th June by clicking here.
Q. Should Season Ticket Holders who have already renewed for next season still complete the Refund and Exchange Form?
A. Yes. And if opting for a discount, the appropriate credit will be processed accordingly by the club.
