Derby County’s Carabao Cup First Round tie at home to EFL newcomers Barrow AFC has been selected for live coverage by Sky Sports.
The clash with David Dunn’s side will take place at Pride Park Stadium on Saturday 5th September (12pm kick-off).
Barrow were crowned as National League champions in the summer following the curtailment of their 2019/20 season, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The cup clash will be the first competitive meeting between the two sides since a Third Division North fixture at the Baseball Ground, which finished in a 3-3 draw, in January 1957.
