Derby County midfielder Duane Holmes has joined fellow Sky Bet Championship side Huddersfield Town.

The 26-year-old has linked up with the Terriers, who he began his professional career with back in 2013, after an undisclosed agreement was reached for his services.

Holmes departs Pride Park Stadium after making 83 appearances in a Rams shirt, scoring six times, following his arrival from Scunthorpe United in August 2018.

He made 15 appearances in the current campaign and found the back of the net once, in a 1-1 draw at home to Wycombe Wanderers at the end of November.

Derby County would like to thank Duane for his efforts over the last two-and-a-half years and wish him well in his future career.
