Tickets for Derby County’s pre-season friendly against Premier League side Manchester United this weekend are now on sale.

The friendly against manager Wayne Rooney’s former club, and last season’s Premier League and UEFA Europa League runners-up, will take place at Pride Park Stadium on Sunday 18th July (1pm kick-off).

The club has received approval to welcome 8,000 supporters, which is 25% of Pride Park Stadium in a socially distanced capacity, for the game.

Officials from both clubs took time to consider the practicalities of delaying the match to take advantage of potential changes to the COVID-19 health and safety protocol, as announced by the UK Government last week, including the possibility of a 100% non-socially distanced stadium capacity. However, due to a combination of timing, logistics and contractual commitments, the clubs have agreed to now proceed with the original date and kick-off time.

Tickets are priced: £5 Child (Age 6-12), £10 Junior (Age 13-17), £15 Young Adult (Age 18-21) & Senior (Age 65+) and £20 Adult (Age 22-64).

These are available online only from Monday 12th July, subject to the following:

- From 10am on Wednesday 14th July to all supporters with a Derby County Fan ID

* One ticket will be issued for each qualifying Fan ID and, as part of the purchase process, the supporter must agree updated Terms & Conditions and subsequently comply with a new Code of Conduct
