Derby County Ticketing Update (Thursday 9th September 2021)

Firstly, Derby County would like to say a very sincere “Thank You” to both the thousands of 2019/20 Season Ticket holders who renewed their Season Ticket for the current campaign before yesterday’s seat reservation deadline and 2020/21 Season Ticket holders who opted to keep their money in the club last season and have automatically been renewed for this season.

Whilst most supporters comfortably processed their transaction online, admittedly there were some supporters who encountered problems. However, thanks to their patience and understanding when liaising with a temporarily short-staffed Ticket Office, the thankfully small number of issues were resolved resulting in nearly 16,000 Season Ticket holders securing their usual or preferred seats.

New Season Ticket Cards will be issued after the Season Ticket window officially closes on Thursday 30th September and the club has also had the opportunity of accommodating Season Ticket holders seat relocation requests.

Consequently, for the next three home matches (Stoke City, Reading and Swansea City), 2021/22 Season Ticket holders must use the same online process for accessing their tickets as for the recent home matches against Middlesbrough and Nottingham Forest. This can be done either via Post (at zero additional cost), Print at Home or Mobile Ticket. To access tickets, 2021/2022 Season Ticket Holders must select “Reservations” instead of “Buy” when selecting the match.

Golden Rams tickets will be processed and posted automatically. And Matchday Stadium Car Parking is only available for 2021/22 Seasonal Pass holders and will continue to be via guest list until parking permits are dispatched.

With the seat reservation deadline now expired, match tickets for the Stoke City fixture on Saturday 18th September will go on-sale online only this Saturday 11th September (Members on-sale will be 24 hours earlier, Friday 10th September), however the club is endeavouring to re-open the Ticket Office for the week commencing 20th September for the Reading and Swansea City on-sale dates.

Finally, Season Ticket holders wanting to relocate seats are advised in the first instance to email [email protected] with the email subject “Seat Relocation”, referencing their Fan ID, current seat location and preferable relocated seat location which, subject of course to availability, will be accommodated as quickly as possible. For those preferring to discuss their options in person and for all other ticket related enquiries, the Ticket Office Hotline 0871 472 1884* is currently open 10am – 4pm Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
