Online
Visit dcfc.co.uk and click ‘TICKETS’ then, under the ‘TICKETS’ section, click ‘AWAY TICKETS’.
Use your Fan ID and password to log into the system. If there’s an issue, click the ‘forgot password’ link on the login page. If the issue persists, email [email protected].
Phone (Subject to £1 per ticket Booking Fee)
Call 0871 472 1884 * between 10am-4pm on Monday-Saturday and select Option 1. Ensure your contact details are readily available including Fan ID, Full Name, Full Address and Date of Birth.
Tickets can either be posted up to 72 hours before matchday and are subject to £2 per Transaction Postage Fee or can collected from the Ticket Office, presented by Seat Geek, which is open 10am-4pm from Monday to Saturday.

In Person (No Booking Fee)
The Ticket Office, presented by Seat Geek, is open from 10am-4pm between Monday and Saturday and at least THREE hours before kick-off and up to half-time on home matchdays.
Pay On The Day
Portsmouth have confirmed that the option to purchase tickets on the day of the game will NOT be available.
Wheelchair Information
Wheelchair users can contact the Portsmouth Ticket Office on 0345 646 1898 to buy tickets. The wheelchair and carer spaces are located amongst the HOME wheelchair section in front of the Fratton End. Please be advised to NOT travel if you have not bought your tickets in advance as wheelchair tickets will not be sold to away supporters on the day.

Any disabled fans requiring car parking, are asked to contact the Portsmouth Ticket Office on 0345 646 1898 (option 1) for disabled car parking, subject to availability.
Booking Fees
A £1 per ticket booking fee will be payable for all tickets purchased online and over the telephone, while a £2 per transaction postage fee will be payable for tickets to be posted.
Allocation
An initial allocation of 1,281 tickets was made available for Rams fans, but was later increased by 319 to 1,600 on 15th November.
Collections
Collections are not available from away stadiums.
Collections from Pride Park Stadium will be available 48 hours after purchase.
Concessions
Proof of age may be required on entry for any concessionary tickets.
Refund Policy
Match ticket refunds are not available for this game from Derby County.
