How To Buy
STAGE 1 – Apply for Your Voucher Code via Derby County - Online, Phone and In-Person
1. Apply for your voucher code via the Derby County Ticket Office – either online, phone or in-person - during your relevant priority window/on sale date. No payment will be required at this stage.
2. You will receive a voucher code for each qualifying ticket required. This code will be issued by email the following morning, so please ensure your email address is up to date before completing the transaction.
3. You have up until 3pm on Sunday 6th November to redeem your code however, supporters are advised not to leave this until the day of the game.
STAGE 2 - Redeeming Your Voucher Codes via Torquay United - Online
1. Once you have received your voucher code via email, visit the Torquay United Official website, find the fixture and click ‘Book Now’.
2. Select ‘Away Fans’ and enter your Voucher Code.
3. If your code is valid, you will be shown the stadium plan with only the Away sections available. You can now pick which area of the ground you would like to be situated.
4. The payment method is PayPal. When on the payment screen, please be patient and do not click or refresh as this can result in multiple payments being taken.
5. After you have made payment, you will receive an email with an E-Ticket. This can be shown on your phone (with a white background) or printed and shown at the turnstiles.

If you require a Personal Assistant ticket (subject to qualification), you will need to contact Torquay United’s Ticket Office directly on 01803 328666 to purchase your tickets and claim your complimentary Personal Assistant ticket. Torquay will require your voucher codes to process your order.
