February may well be the shortest month of the year - but it’s still a jam packed one for Derby County.

With all cup competitions now on the backburner, it’s full concentration on Sky Bet League One action for the Rams who will take part in six league games across the course of the month.

Despite falling to defeat for the first time in 19 games against Premier League West Ham United on Monday, Paul Warne’s men remain unbeaten in league action since October and it’s a position that has seen them solidify themselves in the top six.

Ambitions remain high to achieve more than that though and there’s no denying that February could well prove decisive on whether those said ambitions can remain a reality.

Here’s a look at what’s to come for the First Team, Under-21s, Under-18s and Ewe Rams over the course of February...

04/02 – Derby County Vs Morecambe (Sky Bet League One) 3pm kick-off

Morecambe visit Pride Park Stadium in what will be the first of four Sky Bet League One fixtures at the home of the Rams across February.

After missing two penalties at the Mazuma Stadium in the reverse fixture earlier this season, which ended in a 1-1 draw, Derby will want to make up for that and kick off February with three points.

11/02 – Wycombe Wanderers Vs Derby County (Sky Bet League One) 3pm kick-off

A trip to Buckinghamshire to face a resilient Wycombe Wanderers will be the first of two road trips in the month for the Rams.

The Chairboys, who Derby defeated 2-1 at Pride Park Stadium earlier in the season thanks to two goals from Conor Hourihane, fell to just one defeat in January and will provide an extremely tough test.

14/02 – Derby County Vs Lincoln City (Sky Bet League One) 7:45pm kick-off

The reverse fixture against Lincoln City was one that many have tried to forget this season.

A 2-0 defeat back in September was tough to take and the Rams will be keen to right the wrong of that night on what will be another night under the lights at Pride Park Stadium.

18/02 – Derby County Vs Charlton Athletic (Sky Bet League One) 3pm kick-off

Like Lincoln City, Charlton Athletic are another that have inflicted a defeat on the Rams so far in this campaign.

It was the first away game of the season when the Rams travelled to The Valley and despite a largely dominant performance, Derby were unable to take a number of chances and ultimately fell to a 1-0 defeat.

The Addicks have had a difficult season to date but have found a new lease of life under recently appointed Dean Holden and will no doubt be pumped up to try and complete the double against Derby.

25/02 – Barnsley Vs Derby County (Sky Bet League One) 3pm kick-off

Every game feels big at this stage of the season but another match against play-off rivals Barnsley will no doubt see the Derby faithful flock in their thousands to Yorkshire.

The Rams have already beaten the Tykes twice this campaign – once in the league in a 2-1 success in August and once in the Third Round of the Emirates FA Cup in a thumping 3-0 win - and that will fill them with confidence ahead of the third meeting between the sides.

On the flip side, Barnsley will do everything in their power to ensure that doesn’t happen.

28/02 – Derby County Vs Cheltenham Town (Sky Bet League One) 7:45pm kick-off

February rounds off with an evening clash with Cheltenham Town at Pride Park Stadium under the floodlights.

The Rams played out a 3-2 thriller with the Robins back in January, which it included a stunning long-range goal from Max Bird, but Paul Warne will be hoping for a much more straightforward affair this time around.

Under-21s

Pat Lyons’ young Rams will look to bounce back from a disappointing January with games against rivals Nottingham Forest, Norwich City and Sunderland this month.

06/02 - Derby County Under-21s Vs Nottingham Forest Under-21s (Premier League Cup)

13/02 - Derby County Under-21s Vs Norwich City Under-21s

20/02 – Sunderland Under-21s Vs Derby County Under-21s

Under-18s

It’s a busy February schedule for Jake Buxton's Under-18s who take part in four games across the month including two against Manchester United.

04/02 – Derby County Under-18s Vs Manchester United Under-18s

11/02 – Liverpool Under-18s Vs Derby County Under-18s

18/02 – Derby County Under-18s Vs Leeds United Under-18s

25/02 – Manchester United Under-18s Vs Derby County Under-18s

Derby County Women

The Ewe Rams will look to build on their winning January when they take on both AFC Fylde Women and Stoke City Women on the road in the month of February.
