Derby County Women have been handed an away tie in the First Round of the 2023/24 FA Women’s National League Plate Competition.
Sam Griffiths’ side will make the journey north to face Doncaster Rovers Belles, who play in the FA Women's National League Division One North, in order to battle it out for a place in the Second Round.
The tie will take place on Sunday 1st October 2023 (2pm kick-off), unless otherwise mutually agreed.
Derby are competing in the National League Plate this season after they were beaten 4-2 by West Bromwich Albion in the Determining Round of the FA Women’s National League Cup in August, while Doncaster were beaten 11-1 by Wolverhampton Wanderers at the same stage.
