2023/24 Derby County Equality Monitoring Survey

The EFL’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Code of Practice reinforces a commitment to ensuring long-term meaningful engagement with supporters.

This establishes a clear mandatory standard for all EFL clubs to work to.

As part of Derby County’s EDI commitment, the club is required to undertake a yearly equality monitoring survey which aims to support a broader understanding of fanbase diversity.
