A Derby County XI will take on National League side Forest Green Rovers in a pre-season friendly at the beginning of August.
The Rams’ side will travel to the New Lawn Stadium on Friday 1st August (7pm kick-off).
Forest Green, who missed out on promotion to the EFL in the play-offs during the 2024/25 season, are managed by former Rams captain and midfielder Robbie Savage following his appointment earlier this month.
Derby’s first team will be in action the following day when they host Greek top-flight side Atromitos at Pride Park Stadium in their final pre-season outing on Saturday 2nd August (3pm kick-off) ahead of the start of the 2025/26 Sky Bet Championship season.
Derby County supporters attending the match will be situated in the West Stand.
