Derby County striker Dajaune Brown has joined Sky Bet League One side Port Vale on a season-long loan.
The 19-year-old will spend the duration of the 2025/26 campaign at Vale Park.
Brown stepped up to become a regular member of the Men's First Team squad ahead of the 2024/25 season, making 18 appearances and scoring two goals in all competitions.
This followed on from an impressive loan spell with National League side Gateshead, where he scored 10 goals in 22 games during the second half of the 2023/24 campaign, winning the league’s Player of the Month award for March and playing a key role in their FA Trophy success.
The forward has featured consistently during pre-season, as well as the first two rounds of the Carabao Cup, and he will now aim to continue his development with more regular first team football.
