WOMEN NEWS: Female Talent Pathway 2025/26 Shirt Sponsors Revealed

Derby County’s Female Talent Pathway aims to develop local footballing talent from Under-9 to Under-21 level, with the long-term aim of providing players for the Derby County Women's First Team.


It delivers enhanced coaching and support designed to improve the development of elite female players.

The Female Talent Pathway was established ahead of the 2023/24 season as an amalgamation between the Derby County Women’s Academy teams and Derby County Community Trust’s Regional Talent Centre.

Chasetown Civil Engineering will be the headline sponsor for the 2025/26 season and their logo will be proudly displayed on training wear and on the front of the Under-9s to Under-16s’ match shirts.

A market leading civil engineering business, based in Staffordshire, Chasetown Civil Engineering deliver high quality and innovative solutions to clients, specialising in infrastructure, groundworks and related building services with project values ranging from £100,000 to £50 Million.

Chasetown are also a long-term partner of Derby County Football Club and support the Men's Academy as front of shirt sponsor for all Academy teams from Under-9s to Under-18s.


Unite the Union at Rolls-Royce Derby will return as front of shirt sponsor for the Women’s Under-21s and Under-18s. The Rolls-Royce Derby branch of Unite the Union represent workers interests at across their sites in Derby.

GF Tomlinson will feature on both the sleeve and shorts for the season. Formed in 1892, with over 130 years of experience GF Tomlinson are a contractor and developer undertaking developments in various sectors including residential, industrial, commercial and retail.

Bates Weston will feature on the back of the players’ shirts, sitting above their numbers, for the season. Bates Weston are a firm of chartered accountants and business advisors based in Derby. Their services include tax planning, accounting, audit, corporate finance and probate services.

Midland Lead will also feature on the back of the players’ shirts, below their numbers, for the season. A family-owned lead manufacturer, Midland Lead are experts in cast, rolled and sandcast lead with over 30 years of experience.

The Maddy Cusack Foundation will feature on the back of the shorts for the season as a new partner. The Foundation was started in memory of talented former footballer Maddy Cusack, who passed away in 2023 at the age of 27, and aims to continue her legacy by making a difference within the world of Women's football. She was also a Derby County supporter, like many members of her family, and represented the club at youth level.

This new partnership will see the MC8 Foundation provide a number of bursaries to players within the Female Talent Pathway squads to cover yearly fees, providing opportunity and setting the girls up for the future.

Female Talent Pathway Manager, Michael Noon, said: We are delighted to confirm our sponsors for the 2025/26 season.
