COMMUNITY: Derby County Community Trust launches new website

Derby County Community Trust has unveiled its newly re-designed website, marking a significant step forward in accessibility, user experience, and community engagement.

The new site has been built with the customer journey at its core, offering improved navigation, a streamlined booking system, and a modernised visual experience that reflects the Community Trust's work across Derby and Derbyshire.

Key improvements include:

  • Customer-Centric Navigation: The site map has been restructured, with pages now organised by offer rather than department. This change makes it easier for users to find relevant programmes and understand the Trust's impact through new sections like Who We Are.
  • Booking System: A new booking platform operates independently from the main site, ensuring reduced downtime and smoother transactions.
  • Modernised Design and Content: The site features fresh imagery and video content, colour-coded programme categories, and personalised contact cards for key staff members. Every piece of content has been reviewed or rewritten to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Katherine Wragg, Marketing and Communications Manager at Derby County Community Trust, said: "This isn't just cosmetic, it’s a complete re-think of how we connect with our community online. We’ve built a platform that’s informative, engaging and modern. It’s been fully designed with participants and partners in mind."

The new website is now live and accessible at derbycountycommunitytrust.com.
