As the festive period approaches, Derby County can confirm the opening hours of the Ticket Office and Derby County Megastore across the Christmas and New Year period.
The Ticket Office will be closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day, before re-opening for its usual hours (10am-4pm from Monday to Saturday and until kick-off on home matchdays).
Please Note: The Ticket Office will close slightly earlier, at 2pm, on New Years’ Eve.
The club recommends that supporters collect any tickets in advance and double check opening times before visiting the Ticket Office.
As a reminder, all tickets issued for the away fixture at Birmingham City on Boxing Day (12:30pm kick-off) are online only.
As always, supporters can purchase tickets online 24 hours a day on tickets.dcfc.co.uk.
The Derby County Megastore will remain open until 2pm Christmas Eve, and then be closed for Christmas Day and Boxing Day, before re-opening on Saturday 27th December for its usual hours (9am-5pm from Monday to Saturday and 10am-4pm on Sundays).
Please Note: The Derby County Megastore will close at 2pm on New Years’ Eve, and be open after the home fixture against Middlesbrough on New Years’s Day (3pm kick-off) until 6pm, and also until 6pm on Sunday 4th January, following the clash against Wrexham (3pm kick-off).
Orders from dcfcmegastore.co.uk will be delivered in time for Christmas if placed before 19th December (personalised) or 21st December (non-personalised) in the UK with standard delivery, or 20th December (personalised) or 22nd December (non-personalised) with express delivery.
