Derby County have completed the signing of defender Dion Sanderson on a permanent basis.

Sanderson, 26, has joined the Rams from fellow Sky Bet Championship side Birmingham City for an undisclosed fee.
After joining Derby on a season-long loan from the Blues back in August, the defender has been a regular in the side throughout the campaign.
He has produced several impressive performances on the pitch and integrated himself as a popular member of the squad off the field.
Sanderson has now made the move to Pride Park Stadium a long-term arrangement, penning a contract until the summer of 2028.

He made 24 appearances, scoring once against Watford in November, during his loan spell.
The move means that Sanderson will continue to work under John Eustace, having played under the Rams’ Head Coach at both Birmingham and Blackburn Rovers previously and when he was on the coaching staff at Queens Park Rangers.
Sanderson is closing in on 200 appearances in club football after starting out across the Midlands at Wolverhampton Wanderers.
