Getting to Pride Park Stadium and Car Parking

Derby County appreciates the dedication shown by our fans who travel far and wide to come to games at Pride Park Stadium and the club works closely with Derby City Council, Derbyshire Constabulary, local transport operators and supporters to help create and develop an effective Travel Plan for the club.

Resident parking zones are in operation on matchdays with parking fines issued if contravened. Therefore, the club advises supporters, where possible, to use official car parks.

Therefore, road closures will only be activated before the final whistle if it is deemed unsafe for supporters.

Derby County is committed to ensuring that all supporters that visit Pride Park Stadium have a safe and enjoyable experience. The club asks fans to arrive in plenty of time to avoid queues forming as kick-off approaches and please be mindful and respectful of fellow fans sharing the matchday experience too.

Parents/guardians can write their contact details, stand and seat number on the wristband, and then if their child was to become separated from them or felt unsafe, they could then approach a steward or Derby County member of staff and show their wristband. The steward or staff member will then contact parents/guardians.

General Enquiries: If you would like to contact the club with any general enquiries, suggestions or feedback, please contact our Supporter Liaison Officer (SLO) by emailing [email protected].
