Derby County Head Coach John Eustace issues a rallying cry for the Rams to end their three-game week in perfect fashion against West Bromwich Albion on Friday night (8pm kick-off).

Derby have won twice on the bounce in the last week, with a 1-0 win against Preston North End on Saturday being swiftly followed by a 2-1 triumph against Charlton Athletic on Tuesday night.
The Rams will aim to continue their momentum as they host the Baggies under the floodlights on home turf.
Eustace spoke with RamsTV to review a busy week on the road and look ahead to his side’s return to Pride Park on Friday night.
Everyone's looking forward to the game, of course; we love playing at home. I know results haven't been exactly where we want them, but there have still been some positive performances, and it's important that we try to turn a lot of the draws into wins.
The most important thing is that we're competitive. We're up against a really difficult opponent in West Brom on Friday, who have a very strong squad. I know they've had a couple of disappointing results, but their experience will certainly come out on Friday, and it's going to be a really difficult game for us.

I think we could have had two or three more wins (at home). A couple of draws could have easily been wins, and it probably wouldn't look as bad. As long as we keep believing in what we're doing, because the home fans have been magnificent.
They've been right behind the group. Like on Tuesday night, the away fans that travelled on a Tuesday night down to Charlton were sensational, and they certainly played a big part in our victory on Tuesday.

On Friday, we need the home crowd right behind the group. They're going to have to bring the energy because there will be some tired bodies on there. So, during those difficult moments in the game, we want Pride Park rocking and getting right behind the boys.
