Derby County Under-21s goalkeeper Sam Kane has extended his stay with Southern League Premier Division Central side Worcester City until the end of the season.

The Scottish shot-stopper has made eight appearances since his temporary switch to Sixways Stadium in January, playing a starring role between the sticks.
Debuting against Banbury United, Kane has conceded just four times in his eight outings, keeping a quartet of clean sheets in that time.
Such performances have helped Worcester to four successive league wins, leaving Chris Cornes’ team just two points outside of the play-off positions heading into their final ten matches.
Kane is set to be in action again on Saturday, when Worcester travel to high-flying Harborough Town (3pm kick-off).
