Derby County are welcoming members of the 1995/96 promotion-winning squad to our fixture against Oxford United this Saturday 18th April (12.30pm kick-off).

As part of the celebrations, alongside welcoming the team, staff, and their respective families, the matchday will be ‘90s themed, with the 1995/96 crest, matchday graphics, playlist, big screen and content (including fan photos, matchday quiz and archival footage) all being styled in the retro theme.
The fixture is marking the 30th anniversary of Jim Smith’s team gaining automatic promotion to the Premier League on 28th April 1996, when a win over promotion rivals Crystal Palace was enough to send the Rams to the top tier with a game still left to play.
Tickets to join us for the penultimate game of the season are still available by clicking here, with Adult (22-64) tickets from £24, Young Adults (18-21) and Seniors (65+) from £18, Juniors (13-17) from £12 and Children (6-12) from £6 – with Infants (2-5) going free of charge.
Please note: a £1 booking fee applies to all tickets purchased online, and infants under 2 are NOT permitted access to the stadium.

Guests joining the players in the Baseball Lounge as part of our exclusive hospitality package will take part in a Q&A with meet and greet opportunities. Limited availability remains in the room as part of this package, which includes meal and lounge-side seating – it can be booked by clicking here or emailing [email protected].
‘The Ram’ – our exclusive matchday programme will be a bumper 1995/96 edition, with and 8-page interview with then-Assistant Coach Steve McClaren and fold out poster style back cover commemorating the occasion. It will be priced at £5 for this fixture only.
There will be ‘90s related family activities in Harrison’s Hub and the North Stand Family Area ahead of kick-off, with a range of ‘90s confectionary available from Ewie’s Pop Up Tuck Shop too!
Bustler at Pride Park will also be commemorating the 90s era, with a themed DJ set before and after the game, and special guest appearances post-game. The Fans’ Park will open from 10am until kick-off and following the final whistle until 4pm.
Fans are encouraged to get on board with the retro theme, with an offer on retro shirts available from today (15th April) in store and online at the Derby County Megastore (all shirts on offer at £25).
We look forward to welcoming you to Pride Park Stadium!
