Midfielder Helena Meadows joined Derby County Women's squad in early January 2024 and she was quickly thrown into action in the Adobe FA Cup Fourth Round tie at home to Women’s Super League side Leicester City.
Meadows, previously with Southampton, is currently studying at University in Nottingham and has also represented their Women’s side.
She was utilised both in the middle of the park and at left-back during the 2023/24 campaign.
