Defender Jess Melrose joined the Ewes in the summer of 2025.

Her move marked a return to the Ewes, after previously spending time on the books with the club at Under-10s level.

Melrose, a physical, attack-minded defender who can operate at full-back or in defence, has joined the Derby ranks after being on the books of Sheffield United’s Professional Game Academy (PGA).
