Defender Tristan Gill formally stepped up into Derby County's Under-21s squad ahead of the 2025/26 season.

Gill joined the Rams at Under-12s level and can play at both left-back and left centre-back.

He joined Under-18s as a first-year scholar in the summer of 2023. He made 11 appearances for the Under-18s in the 2022/23 season prior to making the step up on a full-time basis ahead of the 2023/24 campaign.

Gill featured 14 times for the Under-18s in 2023/24 and also appeared six times for the Under-21s in Premier League 2.

The 2024/25 season saw Gill continue his development as he made nine appearances in the Under-18 Premier League and spent the majority of time with the Under-21s, featuring 15 times for Premier League 2.
