England’s Under-21s will round off their 2017 UEFA European Under-21 Championship Finals Group A action this evening with a showdown against Poland (7:45pm kick-off BST).

Following a 0-0 draw with Slovakia in their first group game last Friday, Aidy Boothroyd's side came from behind to defeat Sweden 2-1 on Monday evening.

Ahead of their final group game, against the host nation, the maths are simple - win and England are through to the Semi-Finals of the competition.

Derby County duo Will Hughes and Jonathan Mitchell have been unused substitutes for the Three Lions in both of their games so far.

Midfielder Hughes will be hoping to force his way into the starting line-up for tonight’s game, while Mitchell and Manchester City’s on-loan Norwich City goalkeeper Angus Gunn are acting as cover for first-choice shot-stopper Jordan Pickford.
