Derby County can confirm that the club has agreed an undisclosed fee with Liverpool for defender Andre Wisdom.
The 24-year-old, who is capable of playing at right-back as well as in central defence, has also agreed personal terms with the Rams.
He will take part in a medical examination once he returns from holiday later this month.
The former England Under-21 international needs little introduction to Rams supporters after he spent a successful spell on loan at Pride Park Stadium during the 2013/14 campaign.
He made 38 appearances in all during that time and his fine form saw him quickly become a popular figure amongst the Derby faithful.
