Derby County face a pre-season double-header at Doncaster Rovers and Port Vale tonight – and the squad details have been confirmed for both matches.

Manager Gary Rowett will send one group of players to take on Sky Bet League 1 side Doncaster at the Keepmoat Stadium, while the other will visit Vale Park to face Sky Bet League 2 outfit Port Vale.

Both games will kick-off at 7:45pm and, like with the playing squad, Derby’s coaching staff will be split across the two matches.

Rowett and first-team coach Mark Sale will be at Port Vale, while assistant manager Kevin Summerfield and first-team coach Kevin Phillips will oversee proceedings at Doncaster.

Doncaster Rovers squad: Jonathan Mitchell, Jamie Hanson, Richard Keogh, Alex Pearce, Craig Forsyth, Jacob Butterfield, Bradley Johnson, Mason Bennett, David Nugent, Andreas Weimann, Chris Martin, Farrend Rawson, Sven Karic, Alex Babos, Emil Riis Jakobsen, Kellan Gordon, Matthew Taylor, Max Bird, Kelle Roos.

Port Vale squad: Scott Carson, Chris Baird, Andre Wisdom, Curtis Davies, Marcus Olsson, Tom Huddlestone, Craig Bryson, Timi Max Elsnik, Johnny Russell, Ikechi Anya, Darren Bent, Alex Cover, Ethan Wassall, Calum Macdonald, Joe Bateman, Lewis Walker, Luke Thomas, Offrande Zanzala, Kyron Stabana, Henrich Ravas.

George Thorne, Max Lowe and Jason Shackell have missed all of the pre-season games to far and remain unavailable, while Matej Vydra sat out Saturday’s friendly at Macclesfield Town with a slight injury and misses out again tonight.

Striker Nick Blackman is the only absentee following the Macclesfield game with a knock, but defender Richard Keogh is back after missing the clash with the Silkmen and will play at Doncaster.

A number of Derby’s Under-23 players will make up the substitutes’ bench at both games, including defender Matthew Taylor who has linked up with Darren Wassall’s side for the 2017/18 campaign following a trial at the end of last season.

Supporters will be able to watch the Port Vale game on RamsTV's live stream for FREE - simply by registering an account on dcfc.co.uk.

The Matchday Live show will also include the key moments and goals from the game at Doncaster.
