There are 10 pairs of Wheelchair Disabled & Personal Assistant tickets available.
There are 13 pairs of Ambulant Disabled & Personal Assistant tickets available for those who require disabled access.
Additional Ambulant tickets can be taken from the main allocation.
Disabled supporters pay their own age band and will receive a Personal Assistant free of charge if they have the 17/18 PA Client Type on our system.
* There is a designated drop off area for supporter coaches directly outside the ‘away’ turnstiles (this must be arranged with the club in advance)
* Accessible car parking is not available at the stadium. However, there is limited street parking for Blue Badge holders, please call 0844 8261902.for more information.
* Drop off facility is available at the Holiday Inn, which is 30 yards away from the away seating area and refreshments are available within the hotel. Car parking at the County Hall is available and is a 20-minute walk to the stadium.
* Wheelchair spaces are located at pitch-side within the ‘away area.
* Accessible toilets are located within the away area.
* Assistance dogs are admitted to the ground. The Club should be notified in advance of the game by contacting the Club’s Disability Liaison Officer (“DLO”), so adequate provision can be made. It may be necessary for the Club to decide the most appropriate location in the ground for the supporter to sit.
* Catering kiosks in the away area do have low level serving counters.
* The ticket office has a portable hearing induction loop for customers who are deaf or hard of hearing.
* Matchday commentaries via headsets are available from the ticket office on the day of the game. The ticket office is located on the south side of the stadium; 30 yards away from the away seating area.
* The concourses do not have rest areas.
* The club shop does not have a low level serving counter.
* Row 1 (Area F- front row & step free) & Row B (Area G- front row & step free)have been recommended for those supporters with mobility problems. Please specify your seating requirements at the time of purchase.

Booking Fees
A £1 per ticket booking fee will be payable for all tickets purchased online or over the phone.
A £1 per transaction postage fee will be payable if tickets are requested to be posted.
Allocation
An initial allocation of 1,626 tickets has been made available for Rams fans.
Club Travel
Roadrider departs Pride Park Stadium at 8:30am.
Away Members: Adults £28 & Under 16s £24
Non-Members: Adults £30 & Under 16s £26
* All children aged Under 16 must be accompanied by someone aged 18 or above.
Collections
All collections will be available from the Derby County Ticket Office presented by Showcase Cinema De Lux. The club does not offer collections from the away stadiums.
