David Coote has been appointed to take charge of Derby County’s Sky Bet Championship home clash with Burton Albion this weekend, kick-off: 3pm.

Coote has officiated 11 games so far this term across the EFL, from which he has produced 42 yellow cards.

This will be the first time that he has officiated a Rams game this season – his last game back in December 2016 when he was the man in the middle for Derby’s 1-0 win at Queens Park Rangers.

In total, Coote has taken charge of eight matches involving Derby ahead of the weekend, of which they have claimed five wins, two draws and lost just once.

Coote will be assisted by Shaun Hudson and Billy Smallwood on the lines, whilst Graham Salisbury has been appointed as the fourth official.
