Tomori Called Up To England Under-21 Squad

Derby County's on-loan Chelsea defender Fikayo Tomori has been called up for the England Under-21 squad for their upcoming internationals.

The Young Lions will first face Poland at Ashton Gate, Bristol on Thursday 21st March (7:45pm).

Aidy Boothroyd’s side will then take on current U21 EURO champions Germany at the Vitality Stadium in Bournemouth on Tuesday 26th March (7:45pm) as they continue their preparations for this summer’s UEFA European U21 Championships.

Tomori, who was part of the squad which won the FIFA Under-20 World Cup in 2017, has made nine appearances so far for the Under-21s.

The centre-back has been in fine form for Derby this season, making 43 appearances in all competitions.
