Defender Richard Keogh has passed a fitness test and starts this afternoon’s crunch Sky Bet Championship game against West Bromwich Albion (12:30pm kick-off).

The defender limped out of Wednesday’s 1-1 draw against Swansea City, however, he has been ruled fit to face the Baggies this afternoon.

It means the captain has started every game in all competitions this season.

Derby know a victory will see them secure sixth position and manager Frank Lampard has made one change to the side from the midweek draw at the Liberty Stadium.

Duane Holmes, who has recovered from a thigh injury, has replaced Tom Huddlestone in midfield, who drops to the substitute’s bench.

Here are the teams in full:

Derby County: Roos, Tomori, Keogh (C), Wilson, Mount, Waghorn, Lawrence, Johnson, Holmes, Bogle, Malone.

Substitutes: Carson, Marriott, Evans, Bennett, Nugent, Huddlestone, Macdonald.

West Bromwich Albion: Johnstone, Gibbs, Bartley (C), Johansen, Gayle, Rodriguez, Dawson, Hegazi, Harper, Holgate, Murphy.

Substitutes: Bond, Robson-Kanu, Morrison, Phillips, Mears, Townsend, Field.
