Derby County will host an Open Training Session at Pride Park Stadium TODAY in the build-up to the start of the 2019/20 Sky Bet Championship season.


The club is inviting supporters to watch Phillip Cocu and his coaching team put the Rams’ players through their paces in the lead-up to the first game of the new season.

Those in attendance at Pride Park will get to see first-hand the work that Derby’s players will be doing as part of their preparations for the trip to Huddersfield Town on Monday 5th August.

Rams fans will be housed in the East Stand for the event ,with doors open from 10am for a 10:30am start.

The session will finish between 11:15am-11:30am, when Cocu will speak to RamsTV’s Owen Bradley in a live interview on the pitch which those inside the stadium will be able to hear.

Once the players have finished the training session, they will sign autographs and pose for photographs with supporters.

Admission to the Open Training Session is as follows:

FREE - Season Ticket Holders and Home, Away + Rams Squad Members
£3 - Adults
£1 - Under-18s

All profits made on the day will go to the club’s charity arm, the Derby County Community Trust.

Rams fans should note that Print@Home and Mobile Ticketing are the only options when it comes to acquiring and utilising your ticket; with no booking fee being charged for this event.

Kiosks within the East Stand will be open serving refreshments on the day along with The BackYard, the club’s very own coffee shop, will also be open from 7am.
