Derby County are back in action on home turf on Saturday afternoon when they take on Queens Park Rangers in their latest Sky Bet Championship fixture (3pm kick-off).

Phillip Cocu’s side head into this weekend's fixture looking to record an impressive six successive victory at Pride Park Stadium.

Here, dcfc.co.uk has gathered all the information you will need ahead of the clash with Mark Warburton's side.

TEAM NEWS…

Derby are suffering from a number of injuries at this moment in time, but manager Phillip Cocu has no fresh injuries to report ahead of this weekend’s game.

Graeme Shinnie (hamstring), Mason Bennett (ankle), Tom Huddlestone (hamstring), Matt Clarke (knee) and Ikechi Anya (calf) are all out.

Youngster Max Bird is also ruled out after suffering from concussion whilst in action for Derby’s Under-19s in the UEFA Youth League against IA Akranes on Wednesday.

Andre Wisdom is, however, available again after missing the midweek defeat at Fulham due to personal reasons.

Left-back Scott Malone is also fit again after recovering from a knee injury which forced him to miss Derby’s recent games against Nottingham Forest and Preston North End.

PRE-MATCH THOUGHTS…

Speaking to RamsTV, ahead of this weekend's match manager Phillip Cocu said: “On paper is always dangerous to approach a game thinking the opponent is on a bad run because they will try to find a way to get out of a difficult time.

“The last defeat that they had, 4-0 against Nottingham Forest on Wednesday, was also because of the red card and at the end of the game they conceded a few goals

“Still, we need to focus on our own game to get the next win at Pride Park.

“That is the only goal we have, whoever we have as the opponent because we didn’t get the result against Fulham on Saturday. We have to win the game on Saturday.”

More pre-match thoughts from the Derby boss in the lead-up to Saturday's game can be found across dcfc.co.uk and RamsTV.

WHO’S THE MAN IN THE MIDDLE…

David Webb will be the man in the middle at the weekend for what will be his second Derby County match of the campaign.

Ironically, Webb also took charge of Derby's 2-0 home win over Queens Park Rangers towards the end of last season as two late Harry Wilson goals secured all three points for the Rams.

He has overseen 12 matches so far this season, producing 34 yellows and no reds.

Robinson will be assisted by Steven Meredith and Matthew McGrath on the lines, whilst James Bell has been appointed as the fourth official.

RAINBOW LACES...

Derby County are uniting in their support of LGBT inclusivity to raise awareness of Stonewall’s Rainbow Laces campaign this weekend.

Between Saturday 23rd November and Sunday 8th December, rainbow coloured substitution boards and corner flags will be used by all EFL clubs at their selected fixture to highlight their continued support for LGBT fans, players and staff across the game.

Clubs have also been provided with a club-specific rainbow pennant to gather an image of the team pre-match and unite the league in its support across all fixtures. Rainbow captain’s armbands, laces and programme adverts have also been provided to clubs.

The EFL has changed its logo to a bespoke rainbow coloured version for the campaign and will share club stories of LGBT fans in the game throughout the campaign period.

Stonewall’s Rainbow Laces campaign is in support of LGBT equality with a key theme for this year focused on creating more allies to LGBT people in sport, as we work together Make Sport Everyone’s Game.

The EFL’s support for Rainbow Laces forms part of its wider LGBT work delivered in conjunction with Clubs through the Equality Code of Practice. This includes delivering activities, setting policies, and advising on recruitment and education at clubs.
