Striker Jack Marriott has returned to the starting line-up for this evening’s Emirates FA Cup Fourth Round clash at Sky Bet League Two side Northampton Town (8pm kick-off).


The forward, who has missed Derby’s recent games with a minor muscle injury, starts in attack and is one of eight changes to Phillip Cocu’s side for this evening’s encounter.

The only players to retain their place from Derby’s 1-0 victory over Hull City last weekend in the Sky Bet Championship are Andre Wisdom, Jason Knight and captain Wayne Rooney.

Kelle Roos starts in goal in place of Ben Hamer, whilst Curtis Davies and Craig Forsyth return to the starting line-up.

Youngster Louie Sibley is handed another FA Cup appearance, following on from his starting place against Crystal Palace in Round Three.

Midfielder Graeme Shinnie, who has missed the last two months of the season with a hamstring injury, returns to the substitutes’ bench.
