Derby County’s RamsTV has once again been named as a finalist in the Best in Sports Media category at the Sports Business Awards 2020.


Sports Business Awards recognises the outstanding off-pitch achievements of those working behind the scenes in sport.

RamsTV are Derby County’s in-house video production service, and as well as live streaming first-team and Academy fixtures, they also provide all pre-match and post-match visual content across club channels.

From press conferences to features such as RamsTV Meets and Rams Classics, RamsTV produce video content which is used both on the club’s official website as well as social channels.

RamsTV was nominated in the same category in 2019 and claimed a Bronze Award. ABB FIA Formula E Championship – Formula E TV (FETV) picked up Gold in the ‘Best in Sports Media’ category, with BBC Sport claiming silver.

Derby County’s Head of Broadcast, Robin Matthews, said: “It is, once again, testament to the hard work that goes on behind the scenes at Derby County to see RamsTV named amongst industry-leading organisations.

The awards ceremony is scheduled to take place in December 2020.
