Following last week’s EFL announcement that the 2019/20 Sky Bet Championship Season will be resumed behind closed doors with a provisional restart date of Saturday 20th June, and Derby County subsequently confirming its refund and exchange policy, current season ticket holders are reminded to complete their Refund and Exchange Form by 5pm on Wednesday 17th June if opting for FREE RamsTV Subscription for Home and Away Behind Closed Doors Matches.
Matches will be broadcast by a combination of the EFL’s broadcast partner, Sky Sports, and RamsTV.
Albeit with no decision yet from the EFL relating to the start date or advisory regarding potential social distancing requirements for the 2020/21 Season, the club is offering the following options for supporters unable to use their season or match ticket, membership and/or parking permit for the remaining matches of the current season.

A. Free RamsTV Subscription for Home and Away Behind Closed Doors Matches is only available to those selecting Option 3 in the Season Ticket Holder sections of the Refund and Exchange Form.
Q. Is there a deadline for completing the Refund and Exchange Form?
A. Currently the only deadline is for those selecting Option 3 in the Season Ticket Holder sections of the Refund and Exchange Form. Supporters should complete the form by 5pm on Wednesday 17th June to ensure that their access code for Free Rams TV Subscription for Home and Away Behind Closed Doors Matches is assigned before the first match on Saturday 20th June.
However, the Discount for 2020/21 Season Ticket Renewal accompanying Option 3 can be redeemed if or when convenient for the Season Ticket Holder.
Supporters are also reminded that the Season Ticket renewal deadline has once again been extended, from 30th June to 31st July.
Q. What is the price for each Behind Closed Doors Match stream on RamsTV; and how do I purchase?
A. As determined by the EFL, the price is £10 for UK and £5 for International residents; and is available to purchase from Wednesday 10th June by clicking here.
Q. Should Season Ticket Holders who have already renewed for next season still complete the Refund and Exchange Form?
A. Yes. And if opting for a discount, the appropriate credit will be processed accordingly by the club.
The club cannot adequately express how appreciative it is for supporters’ patience, understanding and cooperation whilst the FA, EFL and PFA, working in close cooperation with UK Government officials, considered the best course of action for the professional game. However, the club again asks for supporters’ patience and understanding whilst processing the above which in the case of refunds could be several months.
