Derby County have been handed an away tie against non-league side Chorley in the Third Round of the 2020/21 Emirates FA Cup.

The draw took place on Monday evening and was conducted by former Rams midfielder Robbie Savage.

Chorley, who play in National League North, have impressively knocked out League 1 sides Wigan Athletic and Peterborough United, both away from home, in the competition so far this season.

Derby will be looking for a repeat of their form in the Third Round of last season’s competition after they ran out 1-0 winners at Premier League side Crystal Palace.

This season's Third Round will take place across the weekend of Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th January 2021, with the 32 winning clubs at this stage collecting £82,000 from the competition's prize fund.

A confirmed match date will be communicated across dcfc.co.uk once it has been agreed between the two clubs and the Football Association.
