The November edition of The Rampage is out now and here is a flavour of what to expect Derby County’s brand new monthly magazine.


Derby forward Colin Kazim-Richards shared some of his unbelievable stories from his career so far that has seen him play professionally in eight countries, as well as reveal the moment in his teen years that was the catalyst for an extraordinary career.

We also hear from ex-Rams forward and title winning Franny Lee, who looks back on his Derby career, while Owen Bradley picks his ‘Derby County Alternative XI’.

There are also more exclusive interviews and features from right across the club too, including Cult-Hero Bobby Davison and a look into how RamsTV streams matches.

This month’s feature is an exclusive interview with global superstar, Niall Horan, who shares stories of growing up as a Rams fan and his life in the public eye as a world-famous singer and songwriter.

“It was so random,” he laughed. “I played a gig in Newcastle on the last One Direction tour and I looked out to the crowd. I was doing my usual singing and scanning the audience and then about 15 rows deep, I saw Malcolm Christie. It was surreal.

“The problem was, I couldn’t turn to anyone and go, ‘is that Malcolm Christie’ mid-gig, because first of all, they probably wouldn’t have known who he was, and secondly, nobody probably cared, but I did!

“I then got in the ear of the security guy and got them to come backstage after the gig. He was really shy, but so was I!

“When I first started supporting the club, we were a mid-table Premier League team and he was the one keeping us there all the time with the great goals he scored against Manchester United at Old Trafford and things like that - games that I was at - and then he was with his step-kids 15 rows deep, it was mad.

“We talked about Derby for a bit and he asked about the band. It was surreal.”
