Derby County’s Under-23s will continue their pre-season games programme with a friendly match at Alfreton Town on Tuesday evening.


Under-23s boss Pat Lyons’ squad will, once again, also include several players from Derby’s Under-18s group for the game against Alfreton.

The same process was followed for the 2-1 defeat at Matlock Town last Tuesday and the 2-1 win over Loughborough University last Friday.

The friendly fixture at the Impact Arena will kick off at 7:45pm and Alfreton have confirmed that supporters will be able to attend the match.

Alfreton are preparing for the upcoming Vanarama National League North side and are managed by Billy Heath.

Ticket Information

Admission to the match will be by payment at the turnstiles on the night, via cash only, or a digital ticket can be purchased from Alfreton Town’s online ticketing system on alfretontownfootballclub.com.

Ticket prices are as follows: £7.50 Adults (22+), £5.00 65+ and 16-21 age groups, £2.50 12-15 age groups (unless accompanied by a paying adult, in which case admission is FREE)

Digital Ticketing is the same admission price, plus a booking fee. Alfreton have confirmed that 50% of the booking fee is donated to a local charity, with their chosen charity for the 2021/22 season being Derbyshire Children's Holiday Centre.

Refreshments

Alfreton have confirmed their on-site bar will be open. Drinks cannot be taken outside of the bar area.

Alfreton Town Stream

Alfreton Town will be streaming the game live on their website for the price of £5 per match pass.
