Anthony Backhouse has been
appointed as the Match Referee for Derby County's Carabao Cup Round Two
match at Sheffield United (7:45pm kick-off).
Backhouse took charge of 34 games during the 2020/21 season, producing a total of 107 yellow cards and three red cards.
The cup clash against the Blades will be his first involving Derby in his career as a Match Official.
He will be assisted by David Avent and Simon Clayton on the lines, whilst Anthony Moore has been appointed as the fourth official.
