Derby County winger Kamil Jozwiak has been called up to the Polish national squad for their upcoming international fixtures.

The 23-year-old, who featured for Paulo Sousa’s side at this summer’s UEFA European Championships, has been named in the squad for September’s three World Cup qualifying fixtures.

Poland, who sit fourth in Group I, host Albania in Warsaw on Thursday 2nd September (7:45pm kick off), whilst three days later, they travel to the Olimpico di Serravalle to face San Marino. That game takes place on Sunday 5th September (7:45pm kick off).

Poland are then back on home soil as they host England at the National Stadium in Warsaw on Wednesday 8th September (7:45pm kick off).

Jozwiak, who joined Derby County in September 2020, has 17 caps to his name and has contributed two goals, whilst he has also registered three assists.

The Polish winger has played 44 times for the Rams, scoring once in a 2-0 victory over Swansea City in December 2020.
