Derby County wishes to provide an update to supporters regarding the club’s ticketing and matchday car parking operations.

Ticket Office Hours

The Ticket Office at Pride Park Stadium is now open six days a week from 10am to 4pm on Monday-Saturday.

Supporters can also call the Ticket Office on 0871 472 1884 (option 1), but please note that calls cost 13p per minute plus your phone company's access charge and that we’re currently experiencing a high number of calls.

There is also the option to email [email protected] with the helpdesk operational from 9am to 5pm on Monday-Friday.

The option to purchase match tickets online is also available 24 hours a day via dcfc.co.uk.

Half Season Tickets

Half Season Tickets are now available and will be on sale until Monday 27th December.

Applicable from when Derby host West Bromwich Albion at Pride Park Stadium in their last home game of 2021, discounted Half Season Tickets are the ideal way to secure your preferred seat for the second half of the campaign, and include 12-home league games and the option to buy away tickets before they go on general sale.

With prices based on a 20% discount against match ticket prices and as low as £56 for Children (Age 6-12), £112 for Juniors (Age 13-17), £168 for Young Adults (Age 18-21) & Seniors (Age 65+) and £224 for Adults (Age 22-64), Half Season Tickets also make the perfect Christmas or Birthday gift for any Rams fan. And remember, Infants (Age 2-5) qualify for FREE tickets!

Full Half Season Ticket details can be found here.

Season Ticket Cards

The club announced late October that Season Ticket Cards have been delivered and are applicable beginning with the home match against AFC Bournemouth on Sunday 21st November (12pm kick-off).

Season Ticket holders are encouraged to collect their cards and, if helpful, those for family, friends and colleagues (providing appropriate FanID’s) over the next few weeks via the Ticket Office at Pride Park Stadium but are politely requested not to leave collection to the last minute if planning to attend the AFC Bournemouth match.

There will be a postal option for those unable to collect their cards in person, details of which will be announced mid-November.

Car Parking

The club also recently provided an update regarding first team matchday car parking.

In conjunction with Derby City Council, an online booking system for Pride Park Stadium matchday car parking priced £8.50 became operational at the home game against Blackburn Rovers.

Seasonal Parking Pass holders are not required to book online but must continue to display their car park hanger on the day to avoid incurring a fine.

Non-Seasonal Parking Pass holders are advised that parking in Car Park A or B without booking via the link provided below risk incurring a fine.
