New Match Date Needed For Huddersfield Trip

Derby County’s Sky Bet Championship fixture away to Huddersfield Town will require a new match date.

The game was due to take place at the John Smith’s Stadium on Saturday 5th February 2022 (3pm kick-off).

However, Huddersfield will instead be in Fourth Round action that weekend after their 2-1 victory at Premier League side Burnley on Saturday.

A new date for the match will be confirmed in due course and communicated to supporters on dcfc.co.uk.

The Rams and the Terries played out a 1-1 draw at Pride Park Stadium on the opening day of the 2021/22 campaign back in August as crowds were welcomed back into the stadiums for the first time following the COVID-19 pandemic.
