Visit dcfc.co.uk and click ‘TICKETS’ then, under the ‘TICKETS’ section, click ‘AWAY TICKETS’.
Use your Fan ID and password to log into the system. If there’s an issue, click the ‘forgot password’ link on the login page. If the issue persists, email [email protected].
Call 0871 472 1884 * between 10am-4pm on Monday-Saturday and select Option 1. Ensure your contact details are readily available including Fan ID, Full Name, Full Address and Date of Birth.
Tickets can either be posted up to 72 hours before matchday and are subject to £1.50 per Transaction Postage Fee or can collected from the Ticket Office, presented by Seat Geek, which is open 10am-4pm from Monday to Saturday.

The Ticket Office, presented by Seat Geek, is open from 10am-4pm between Monday and Saturday and at least THREE hours before kick-off and up to half-time on home matchdays.
Match tickets have SOLD OUT and will NOT be available on the day at the One Call Stadium.
There are FIVE pairs of Wheelchair Disabled and
Personal Assistant tickets available. Ambulant tickets are to be taken from the
main allocation, while Wheelchair and Ambulant supporters’ prices are dependent
on age. Personal Assistants are admitted free of charge.
A £1 per ticket booking fee will be payable for all tickets purchased online and over the telephone, while a £1.50 per transaction postage fee will be payable for tickets to be posted.
An initial allocation of 1,720 tickets has been made available for Rams fans.
Collections are not available from away stadiums.
Proof of age may be required on entry for any concessionary tickets.
Match ticket refunds are not available for this game from Derby County.
